Works better than expected. On my hair, lowest heat setting is best. Makes my short layered hair do exactly like I want. I was leary of cost, but worth every penny (not on sale). Not hard to use. Amazing how much better it is than a curling iron or flat iron.

This is like a flat iron and curling iron in one. I like how it can curl my hair under and give me volume, opposed to a flat iron.
