I love this instyler. I was extremely disappointed when it broke, but I loved it so much and it's so affordable I was going to buy a new one. I decided to contact the seller first and ask if there was anything they could do. To my surprise, they sent me a brand new one, free of charge! I love that you can straighten or curl with it. Just perfect!
